Kenneth Colton's Online Review Report Card

I have to call multiple times to get a prescription refilled. They let me run out of my prescription before filling it so I go at least a day everytime I need more refills. Used to be a great office but has gone way downhill since Covid.

I’m one of doctor Colton’s first patients. He is still my primary doctor. This should tell you something. I trust him with my life. I have heard people complain about waiting so long and I would reply that he doesn’t rush his patients he’s there to listen to your concerns. That’s the way it should be. Thanks doctor Colton for taking good care of me all these years.

No respect for patients time, if they decided to cancel your appointment, they will do and you won’t know until you get to the office for your cancelled appointment.

Awesome! Dr. Colton is very caring, knowledgeable and gentle! He always takes time with you. I trust him 100%. Amy his office manager is Great! My husband and I have been with him over 32 years.

Staff is rude. Can’t get an appointment.

Dr. Colton is a fantastic doctor, who you can tell truly cares for his patients and takes an extraordinary pride in his work. Very genuine as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

I don't understand why anyone is dissatisfied with Dr. Colton. He's the best doctor I ever had! Both Dr. Colton and his nurse practitioner Debbie are very through. I have to admit there is a bit of wait to be seen by both Dr. Colton and Debbie Fleischman.....there's very good reason for the wait. If you go to be treated for the flu...they will not only treat you for the flu but they will check for illnesses that maybe lurking in the background. For years, Dr. Colton kept telling me that he could hear some sort acid reflux activity in my chest. I didn't feel anything until one day it hit me hard! I happen to be on my way to his office for allow up visit. By the time, I got there I was in soo much pain I thought I was having a heart attack. He check me out and treated me right away! He had me stay until he was sure I was stable while making sure the problem wasn't a heart attack and the pain in my chest has completely subsided! No where else, does a patient get that type of care. They give explanations on the treatments and conditions in very clear layman's terms. As a patient, one leaves with confidence that you have received the best treatment possible. The nursing staff is also great! They treat you from the check in, checking vitals and etc. with the utmost dignity. His allergy and weight loss program is 5 star as well! Unfortunately, my health insurance changed and I miss both Dr. Colton, Debbie and the staff immensely! I love Dr. Colton, Debbie Fleischman and the rest of the Michigan Family Physicians staff.

Not pro active for his patients, EVERYTHING WAS A PUSH BACK when it came to trying to find solutions to my health issues!! I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING HIM TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW!!!
