This was my first visit to Westland Urgent Care and the environment was clean, friendly and very inviting. Doctor Connor and her staff were great. Having complimentary beverages and snacks for patients and guest was an added plus to me. I will definately suggest that anyone goes here for non-emergency issues.

Prompt and respectful service, I felt very well tended to and even managed to have a few laughs back and fourth with the wonderful staff! They also made sure I understood my prescriptions and any questions or concerns I had were answered directly and clearly.

This is the cleanest urgent care I've ever been in, the wait is not long and if it is, there's refreshments to satisfy the wait, the aroma when you walk through the door is heavenly and Rebecca is very kind. If you are sick when you arrive, you will feel better once you walk in those doors.

In the middle of my week long vacay, I needed to see a doctor because of a toe that was in pain after a pedicure. We landed in Detroit and looked up places. I refuse to visit any location with a less than stellar rating and this urgent care fit the bill! I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk that I was in a rush because I was headed to the Canadian border to continue my trip. I helped myself to their free snacks and waited 15mins to be seen. Lacey was helpful and prepared everything for the doctor (Kristen) to see me. Soon the doctor was in and told me my pain was a mild infection. I was happy my toe was saved! 🙌🏼 They sent a prescription to the nearest pharmacy and I was free to be back on my way. I highly recommend this office; fast, efficient, and super friendly. Thanks everyone! #pecinasonvacay #TexansinDetroit
