Would not recommend. 1st red flag was almost getting ran over by 1 of the workers bf / husband speeding in the parking lot (drives a small blk car). Once he got in the building they started to argue LOUD about why he didn't call before coming in. 2nd red flag was the $60 dollar copay they wanted me to pay. I have insurance through my employer. My urgent care visits are $30. Left and went to another urgent and guess how much it was ? $30!

This is the first place I recommend to anyone that asks me about a quick & easy urgent care! The staff are always nothing but friendly, helpful, & attentive! It’s also very clean and kid friendly :-)

All of the ladies were kind and helpful and I’d be happy to see them again! A little bit more affordable of a price than other urgent cares and there’s a pharmacy right next door too which is convenient.

I took my son here for a sports physical as a new patient. I want to start by saying that the doctor was very kind, and I appreciated the way she spoke with and interacted with my son during his exam. Unfortunately, our experience before the appointment was enough that I would not return. While we were in the waiting room completing our new patient paperwork, the front desk staff member and what I believe was the medical assistant were carrying on a conversation that was completely inappropriate for a professional healthcare setting. Throughout the conversation, one staff member repeatedly used profanity, including F-bombs and other explicit language. At one point, someone was referred to as a “baddie.” My son even looked at me because he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. I work in healthcare operations and have spent years training front office teams on professionalism, especially when patients are within earshot. Whether you work in healthcare or not, it’s common sense that conversations at the front desk should be respectful and appropriate. Patients come to medical offices expecting professionalism, and parents certainly shouldn’t have to worry about their children overhearing profanity while sitting in the waiting room. The doctor was present during this conversation and had the opportunity to redirect it, but it continued. That was disappointing because it reflected a culture where this behavior appears to be acceptable. It’s unfortunate because I genuinely liked the doctor, but the lack of professionalism from the office staff left such a poor first impression that I would not choose to return or recommend this office.
