We are with Dr. Richter for over 10 years. Recently (for about 8 months) we experience issues. Office staff does not return phone calls. You can be waiting almost 2 weeks for results. It is really hard to get somebody to pick up the phone. About a week ago I tried to leave the message in their answering machine for over an hour. Finally somebody picked up the phone and I was criticized unpleasantly when I said that I got frustrated with their phone system. Then the person hung up! Time waiting for the doctor in the office from 45 minutes to my worse experience: over 2 hours. My opinion is: Dr. Richter is a great Doc but we have enough of his rude and unorganized staff. I had to edit! Five stars now Staff got changed and all works good!

Dr.Richter is one of very few doctors that I have found to genuinely care about his patients! I give him 5 stars for his bed side manor. He listens and goes over and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and taken care of!

Dr. Richter is a great Dr. in my opinion. A very professional and caring person who always goes the extra mile for his patients. Dr. Richter has been my Doctor for 14 years and was also my mom’s Doctor when she was still with us. When my mom was in hospice I called him very upset one evening and he came over to see if there was anything he could do - who does that these days! I can only praise him for his bedside manners. He is always reachable if you need him as well. Thank you so much for all of your years of service Dr. Richter, you are a kind and caring human being and a very good Doctor.
