If you are in the white lake area and need a physical therapist look no further than here Ashley is absolutely amazing She really takes the time to get to know you as a patient and gives you an individualized plan to reach any physical goal you may have after injurysurgery.

Physical therapy is a serious and expensive luxury for those with health benefits.I’ll never forget the day I had to walk out of a clinic because I couldn’t afford the 20% after insurance paid 80% it was devastating.With that being said it is CRITICAL to make sure when you are able to attend that your clinic is the right fit for you.But how do you decide?I’m instinctual so I picked one I noticed after driving by and feeling like it was “speaking to me” in a sense.After checking out their website I noticed they were a corporate company with multiple locations across the country. This was great for if I needed to travelNot only that but I knew the location I drove past was new and the website really emphasized their state of the art equipment and passion for helping others.I can say with confidence this is the absolute BEST medical experience I’ve EVER hadI’ve met Kim at reception my Trainer Emily Ashley another trainer and Josh.We all know how short staffed literally everything is and these individuals come in every day with genuine kindness and happiness.You can feel the team camaraderie and their desire to help others regain life after traumaThey always care about how I am feeling and are passionate about each individuals healing process.On a personal note I have been suffering from severe depression since my lack of mobility and losing everything I once had and they are the first people I’ve interacted with since my surgery.They are not only helping me recover physically but mentally as well because their positivity and passion gives me hope and for the first time belief of the light at the end of the tunnel.This too shall pass.

I wonder if their Cayman Island location will open New Years Eve?? Hope so.

I am amazed by how great this place is I would highly recommend them. All of the staff at Ivy Rehab of White Lake are amazing. I am treated with the best care and that’s just it they do care They want you to get better. Ashley has gone above and beyond for me and I’m sure she does for other patients as well. No matter what physical therapist you get Ashley Emily or Callie you can’t go wrong. They are all great Even the support staff is awesome Josh is so helpful with helping with your exercises.If you are wondering if you should make this your place for PT don’t wonder anymore. You will not be disappointed

Amazing Over the years I have had more than my fair share of PT at various clinics but none has compared to the care I am receiving from Ashley at Ivy Rehab White Lake. Following a recent injury and surgery I was recoveing in another state but came back to Michigan for a while with the primary purpose of being able to get my PT from Ashley again.It is very evident the she cares deeply about her clients and provides a personalized plan of care that is implemented with a degree of skill and genuine caring and that is very rare to find.The new clinic is absolutley beautiful The entire staff is very professional welcoming and friendly. Together they provide a bright harmonious and encouraging environment to heal and recover from injury. Very pleased with the staff location and cleanliness of the facility. Although it is new you can tell there was a lot of thought in to how things would flow. This gives the patient room and not to feel crowded.
