Doctor seems to be fine if you can get past the office staff (Krystal in particular). I have seen and dealt with bad office staff but this staff and person wins the Superbowl for being the worst doctor office staff employee in the world! She is simply downright rude, condensing and dishonest.

The doctor was soso. I went their because I thought he was a neuropathy specialist, but after doing some test on my foot and leg he said nothing was wrong even though I clearly still had neuropathy pain. He said if it didn't go away in a few weeks or maybe months, I should see a neurologist specialist Downtown at Henry Ford hospital. I went to him because he was supposed to be a specialist. In addition, his staff is very very rude. My time got changed without notifying me and when I went to the office, it was closed. When it finally opened, they told me my appt was 3 hours later. I had to leave and come back. I was greeted with, "put your mask on". Very rude with an unprofessional demeanor and dress. If I had lived in the area, I would have left and made an appt with another neurologist but I travelled 3.5 hours from upnorth to make the visit. I was charged $300 for the visit, even though I have BCBS insurance and then he billed my insurance company twice and then when i called his billing person was rude, she kept cutting me off and said "oh you don't owe anything". But the problem was they owed me, since my insurance company paid the whole thing and I also paid. I could see that BCBS authorized payment, she wanted to hang up on me, I think because she was embarrassed that I called her out (she was not going to tell me). Finally she said, when BCBS pays us we will reimburse you. Don't go their very unprofessional and I'm not even sure about the doctors expertise.

I was so happy with my experience with the entire team here. First, I am a patient at the Dr. Ravinder Gandhi who is in the same office, he is my sleep specialist. I had such an amazing experience with him and I needed to find a neurologist, due to ongoing health issues, I set up an appointment with Dr. Balbir Gandhi. First of all, the team at this office is amazing. In this day where doctor's offices have essentially become mini hospitals, this office has maintained the kind and caring feel. They are friendly and kind people who greet you when you walk in. From the moment I signed in, I felt like they wanted me to be there and want to help me. So, my appointment was at 10:45 and I got there at 10:30 in order to do my new patient paperwork. As soon as that was complete, they called me back for vitals. The young lady who did my vitals was perky and generally sweet. The doctor was in to see me within five minutes. So, the wait time was extremely good. In general, if I have had a good wait time at a doctor, they do not spend time with me. This was NOT the case. Dr. Gandhi spent a lot of time with me and explained everything. He did a thorough examination. Covered my 20 plus years of neurological history. And went over some changes that he thought we could make. He scheduled some testing that I figured would need to be done and made some changes to my medications. I felt listened to, understood and most importantly that my health was going to be improving. Not only did he explain all of these things to me, he included my fiance in the conversation which was great because I do not witness my seizure activity, he does and was able to give the doctor added insight. To be honest, I have so much hope now between these doctors. I am grateful they are here in Wyandotte, not even a five minute drive from my home. I would definitely recommend Dr. Balbir Gandhi to my friends and family.
