Dr. Whitworth was great. He and his assistant, Nicole were both welcoming and professional. They made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had before and during the surgery. Dr. Whitworth had an intern who was also very nice. The Institute staff was also wonderful.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Whitworth explained everything well and did a great job with the surgery. The only suggestion I would have would be to put a more neutral music station on in the lobby. Listening to hard rock while in the waiting area is not soothing and quite jarring. It's perfect for a lively bar but not for a medical facility, in my opinion. Another person waiting when I was there commented on it as well, so I imagine I'm not the only one with this opinion. I hope that when we return the music will be more soothing.

Dr. Whitworth and his team did a fantastic job with removing cancer from my chin and the sutures. Many people have complimented how wonderful it looks. Dr. Whitworth was very professional, thorough and caring, and I'm very thankful to him and his team!

It's a good experience to staff there kept me informed of what they were doing and I asked me if I was feeling any pain if I did they numbed it up a little more the only thing I didn't expect is that I have the reaction I did to the antibiotics but I called and they explained to me to stop taking them
