When I was living in the Wyoming Mi area and they were my dentist. They were very good about getting me in and taking care of my needs. They put a crown on my lower molar over a year ago. I moved out of the area last spring. Last week my crown fell out, I have tried to contact them to find out what to do about this with no answer from them they have an answering machine I have left messages with them with no return call. I guess I shouldn't have stated I had a crown fall out in my message maybe they would have called me back. When did this start when you cannot get a real person to answer your call?

I just today got a bill from here. I went there once in 2001. I never went back because they are rude, very unprofessional, new employees all the time. I paid my bill AT my 2001 appt!?? Change their name a few times too. I just called them & told them wipe it off because you will get nothing from me. 22 years ago??? REALLY? Must not be doing well, sending bills to ppl who've paid & haven't been there in over a decade. (Not one word of them on my credit report either..??) DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL NEEDS... YOU'LL BE SORRY. SCAMMERS!

Poor service. Unskilled to schedule. Bumped me twice in same year due to mistake. Bullied that w/o x-rays wouldnt clean teeth. And I had x-rays on file with their office. I was overcharged. Office clerk unable to explain. Asked to speak w/dentist, less than 5 min. Tried to schedule brief call. Wouldn't talk to me. Shows poor people skills. High turnover in staff. I'll go elsewhere.

When I first went to this practice, I was treated like a king and was very happy with the dentist and the time he took to treat my dental needs. Fast forward 10 years or so. I am retired now and have no dental insurance. I pay by cash or with credit card. Now every appointment is rushed, and Dr. Langellier just hurries thru everything while taking no time to explain anything to me. Or the consequences of things like having a tooth extracted. They make me pay up front before even treating me. Perhaps they think I'll rush off without paying. His new staff, which seems to change every year, are rude and also trying to rush me out the door. And the prices there are indeed out of control. You needn't worry about rushing me out of your office in the future Dr. Langellier. Because I have no intention of ever returning.
