The Van Timmeran dentists and staff are very gentle, caring, thoughtful, and kind. I have only had good experiences here, and I am someone who generally does not like any dental work done, including cleanings. They are phenomenal!

Three weeks before my son’s wedding which would take place out of state, I tripped and fell down my basement stairs and landed on the concrete floor, resulting in a fractured radial bone, a bloody chin and two shattered FRONT TEETH veneers! I will always remember the response from Van Timmeren Dentistry PC! I made an emergency call from the hospital on Friday and on Monday, I received a call from the office to schedule an appointment. I was a mess with a fractured arm, swollen, bruised face, stitches in my chin and broken front teeth! As soon as I walked into the office, I felt like I was met by a trauma team! They moved quickly, appointments were scheduled to remove the remaining jagged veneer pieces and to create temporary veneers. Veneer images were sent to the lab and magically, three days before the wedding, my perfectly shaped porcelain teeth were in! I was thrilled to be able to smile with confidence and excitement as I traveled out of state to my son’s wedding. I can’t say enough about Van Timmeren Dentistry PC! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I phoned to try and get my wife in for an issue and find a new dentist all together. Our current dentist retired and the new staff has not been helpful. I loved that it was a family dentist, had good reviews, and comforting setting. Based on this page and their website, it appeared they would be welcoming to new patients. When I called I was confronted that if I didn't know a patient there currently or had my doctor refer, I would not be welcome. I hung up in tears because I was caught off guard and my wife is in pain and miserable. I'm also sad because based off the reviews, this place would have been great for my family. I wish it was obvious about their new patient intake before someone inquired for an appointment. Anyhow, if you are a new patient and impressed by their marketing and posts, you'll have to double check. I wish they would change this, especially if you advertise on Facebook and yelp.

I would send an enemy there!!!!! They messed up flipping bad! unnecessary root canal! I had no trouble with my tooth until I saw this dipshit . Now I have to find another real dentist to fix his screw up! Constant pain.
