Really positive experience with Dr. Song! He identified the issues causing my symptoms and established a treatment plan based on the options available to me. He's very efficient, and after each appointment with him, I receive a detailed summary of our interaction (what was discussed, what treatment plan was decided on, etc.). I really appreciate his attention to detail. He also has a great support staff and team! He's a solutions-oriented doctor and I really appreciate the effort he and his team put forth to work with me to improve my health!

We have been using this practice (Canton, Novi, Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti) for a very, very long time and always really liked it until recently. At our last two apointments for yearly checkups it took an unusually long time to be seen in the office and in one instance we never even had the doctor come in. More recently, we made an appointment three months in advance, showed up and waited 25 minutes before being told that we couldn't be seen. In addition, calling the office for refills is a HUGE hassle. Have had several times over the years that it took multiple days or weeks to get something called in or to even get a response. This practice seems to be too busy to handle their patient load and provide proper care

Great bedside manner! Dr. Song does an excellent job explaining everything and really takes his time. You can tell he really cares.

Office staff and nurse Lisa are great. Dr. Song has been my "go-to" for allergy and immunology problems for quite a number of years.. He IS the BEST doctor. He is amazing how he is able to take details of your symptoms, quickly analyze and diagnose. If something isn't immediately resolved, he doesn't give up. Love this doctor!

My youngest saw Dr Song a few years ago. I was so impressed with his thoroughness, taking all the time needed to listen & explain, that last week, both my other adult child & myself saw him for allergy testing. Not only did he listen attentively without rushing, he did thorough testing and discussed the results followed by a mailed detailed letter of the entire appointment, from A to Z. While he is a fast speaker - a sign of intelligence, lol - he doesn't hesitate to reiterate. He exudes kindness and compassion!

Dr Song seems nice enough, but communication with him in English was somewhat strained. Also the equipment is quite antiquated. For example, the x-ray machine is so old the diagnostic usefulness should be questioned. (Also, old systems like Dr Songs generate/require more radiation than newer digital systems). The picture is of the exam table. Rather than some new vinyl, it was upholstered with duct-tape. Everyone is really nice though. Lastly, bring cash - credit cards are not accepted at this office. Luckily for me, Dr. Song (who my insurance company picked for me) decided to refer me to a sub-specialist.

Dr song is the kindest and I could tell by his movements as he casted my foot that he was a true expert. His staff is the best. I am so happy I came here!

I stumbled on my foot and broke my knee bone, so I received a medical examination through Dr. Benjamin Song and did a leg cast with care. After 6 weeks of treatment, I finally unpacked today's Gives ^^ Kind physical therapy method and actions in life that should be careful... Thank you, Dr. Benjamin Song and everyone. I pray for God's blessings to come fully.
