If I could give a 0 I would the staff there are just terrible I work for IHA trinity health my damn self and if I ever scheduled a patient without verifying insurance or even seen a self made appt with an insurance we don’t accept we would CALL or send a my chart message multiple times or even contact pts family if information was included. I scheduled an appt a month ago to be seen by this provider I was even recommended to be seen by her, I live 40 mins away and they didn’t even have the audacity to contact me to tell me they don’t accept my insurance when online says otherwise. Don’t go here it’s all money based they really just don’t care about their job or patients anymore.

I was referred to IHA when I moved to the area and at first Dr Hill seemed like a great fit. I’m unclear as to whether it’s IHA’s fault or Dr Hill’s approach to patient care, but it seems like a lot of my concerns were dismissed out of hand. There is a level of insensitivity, cold detachment and not properly informing & collaborating with patients on their health. It was recommended to me by a non-IHA doc to see a specialist about an issue they discovered, and when I asked Dr Hill for the referral, she refused and suggested I take a vitamin. I decided to see the specialist on my own, and Dr Hill then terminated our relationship.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Hill. I had alist of items to discuss with her. She discussed every item on my list provided feedback for each concern. I found her to be knowledgeable and resourceful. Grateful to have her!

I would not advise anyone to see this doctor she very insensitive and dont do her job she will come and see you for less than a minute and ignore ever concern that you come in for. If you value your health dont wast your time going to see this doctor.

I went for first wellness visit yesterday. It is hard to get a primary care doc now and I felt lucky to get in to see her. Her staff is great! Helpful, friendly and no attitude and Dr. Hill was very thorough and took the time to both ask questions and listen patiently.
