Did not listen or care about my personal concerns! Brushed it off as if it didn't matter, had very poor communication and also is very judgmental also made me feel uncomfortable!! I definitely will be switching my doctor.

I’m sure she’s fine is you’re having an uneventful pregnancy. I had an appointment with her and complained of seeing spots and feeling off and she automatically assumed I was asking for a doctors note to give to my employer and told me she wouldn’t give me one unless I was in the hospital. I never asked for one and wasn’t looking for one!

Avoided my main concern, sent me elsewhere to have it examined. Did a routine exam and billed me for an office visit that my insurance did not cover. Office personal unable or unwilling to help.

The best appt I have literally ever had. Makes you feel as though you are old friends. Extremely competent and thoroughly listens to your concerns, ensures you are 100% comfortable with the treatment regimen discussed and takes the appropriate diagnostic actions before just jumping into a treatment! 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr. Poisson is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease during the dreaded OBGYN visit. She is also very friendly and took the time to thoroughly get to know me at the beginning of my appointment. Would highly recommend her to others.
