They treat me like they don’t care I’m getting worse I could walk but now I cannot walk I have been ill since 1993 and have been diagnosed with everything and I went to U of M because I thought they was the best but the treat me like they don’t care about me I’m at the point I cannot walk anymore

Absolutely the worst patient experience. HORRIBLE staff, RUDE office manager Christine and RUDE nurse Angela. STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated VERY BADLY by unskilled staff and the worst nasty horrible nurse I've ever had the displeasure of speak with. If it were possible to give a negative star I would.

Absolutely worst medical experience I have ever had. Setting up a referral appointment, office repeatedly claimed they did not receive the referral. Amount of information they required was greater than any other specialist ever collected prior to appointment. Waited three months for appointment. On the day prior to appointment, I called to confirm and they mentioned that there is no record of me or any of the information I provided in their system and therefore I do not have an appointment. The disposition of their office staff is indifferent, unprofessional, unhelpful, borderlining on rude. They showed absolutely zero interest in tracking down my info or acknowledging the appointment was made. Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait for an appointment for 3 months only to find out that none of your referral, medical insurance, or medical records exist to them AND that YOU HAVE NO APPOINTMENT!
