Dr. Oberdoerster was extremely thorough and helpful. This was by far the best allergy appointment I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Dr O.has been my immunologist for over 20 years She always takes the time to fully understand and to explain complex medical issues. She is very dedicated and followed up on weekend with home calls. She also help me while on her personal medical leave when I was waiting for Cancer biopsy results. She is up to date with current immune deficiency recommendations and treatments. Yes sometimes the wait is longer, but I appreciate that she doesn't rush patients in and out. Great for complex care.

Terrible appointment. You wouldn't think a doctor would be behind for a 10:30 am time. She was late. Paperwork was 4 sheets. My hour appointment lasted just shy of 3 hours! I waited through 6 interruptions by nursing /medical assistants. Each time the Dr left door open, until it was fully open. I never saw her wash her hands even though she went to other patients. Staff discussed patients with door open. While she asked me a barrage of questions, if I asked a question of spoke, she interrupted me. She questioned all my previous testing including skin biopsies and diagnosis by other University of Michigan specialists. She was condescending and wasted my time going over other department diagnosis. I only came to her for immune system which she did not addressin3 hours.

I waited 30 minutes to see her. She interrupted my card 6 times with her staff opening door for other patients labs negative and positive . Dr left door partially opened ex time then completely open. Never washed her hands. Questioned my diagnosis by other I of m specialists and was totally rude 1 hour appointment ended up being almost 3 hours. Worst appointment I have ever had.

Dr. O has been my provider for over 15 years. She is very thorough and takes whatever time is needed to address my complex immune deficiency. She has even called me at home on a weekend to check on my condition. She is professional and knowledgeable about new treatment options. I recommend her highly.

Dr O. Entered the exam room for our initial consultation without my chart of any information. She didn't even know who the pt was and had to ask. Left to get my chart and didn't bother to review any information. Didn't listen, as evidenced by the notes I received at checkout. Did some blood work and didn't contact me with the results. I called them and was told everything was fine. If that were true I would not have made the appt. in the first place. 3 calls later some of my questions were answered. Very poor experience I will not be back to see her.

After a 45+ minute wait, Dr Oberdoerster entered the exam room with a chart and ask my husband and me who the other was! She then left to get my chart. I spent over 2 hours filling out the ridiculous redundant paperwork that she never even glanced at. She seemed to be in a hurry to dismiss me and did not listen to my problem which was evidenced after I read my visit summary. I could not recommend her to anyone and am very disappointed. I called 1week later to get test results and never got t

Dr. O is a wonderful allergist who is attentive, caring, and personable. It is clear that she truly cares about the well-being of her patient: she listened while forming a treatment plan, made adjustments per patient request, and took on a difficult case with confidence. I would definitely recommend Dr. O to friends, family, and colleagues!

I've been with Dr. O for 15 years and her care has changed my life--from the mundane to the rare condition, she has diagnosed and treated me with skill and compassion. My health is greatly improved because of her care.

Dr. Oberdorster is a campassionate, insightful, and skilled physican. She listens well, does not rush you, and clearly shares her findings with you. Her staff is polite and competent. I have recmended her to several freinds and they were all happy with her care, as well as how much beter they felt after recieving appropriate treatment.
