I have no problems with this location or scheduling. I love that it has free parking. This is Michigan Medicine there is no direct line anymore. When you call 90-95% of the time it is most likely the call center. All our visits have been pleasant and added on the schedule if needed with no problem. If you don't like calling use the patient portal. Everyone in this practice was polite and respectful. If they weren't I would definitely write a review about it.

Everyone at this practice is very polite, kind and respectful. Very knowledgeable and Dr. Ghant was phenomenal. She was excited about my progress and showed it!

Horrific. Noone communicates from the doctors on down. Thr clerks actually are better informed than the nurses and doctors. If I had a serious illness I would try Packard Health before here. I wonder how often this place gets sued?
