Dr. Chen has been my primary doctor for more than ten years and I have recommended him to my friends but never written a review for him. Since I have used Google review for evaluating other services, I should have done this as a way of appreciation to others providing a review and Dr. Chen for his excellent service. Dr. Chen is well prepared when seeing me, he knows my medical history and remind me of medicine refill sometimes I even forget. He takes extra time to explain why some test should or should not be done. Sometimes I brought up some health issue of my family, he still gives professional opinion and I never feel being rushed. It is such a blessing to have him as our family doctor.

Doctor Chen is always attentive and explains in detail why something should or should not be done. He also is great at asking questions and giving feedback. He treats you like a person and not just a patient.

Consistently attentive care over several years. Also by taking time to listen to some faint heart beats, Dr. Chen discovered by arrhythmic heartbeat, something which I hadn't felt. It could very well be that he saved my life.

Dr. Chen has been my and my husband's primary doctor for almost as long as he has been in practice. He is patient, kind nonjudgmental, wise and never seems in a hurry. He is thorough and pays attention to detail as well as the whole.

Dr Chen is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuine. He takes the time to explain his diagnos(es) and will exhaust all avenues to get it accurate. Wonderful physician. However, I am disappointed to say the main nurse and office manager is terribly rude, unprofessional, and actually downright mean and even abusive! Very angry person who apparently takes it out on everyone around her, including the patients. Highly inappropriate comments were made to me by this person and I was utterly shocked and embarrassed. After the comments she made I was actually very uncomfortable with this person having access to my medical records and with her being a liaison with my insurance. For this reason, I'm not sure if I will remain a patient of Dr Chen's and definitely would not recommend anyone. Very unfortunate. :-(

I have been very pleased with Dr. Chen. He is friendly, respectful, and takes time to speak with you regarding your health and any health concerns. Availability is also great, as I was able to get in next day for a 7am appointment. As a health care professional myself, I look for a physician who is knowledgeable, is thorough, takes adequate time with patients without wasting time, and is focused on preventative medicine. All of the above describes Dr. Chen. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to any family member or friend (and have already).

He is good at communicating. Great with children, he has a very gentle manner. My daughter doesn't do well with male doctors or dentists but Dr. Chen is the only doctor she will see. We've talked about switching because we live so far away, but just can't bring ourselves to do it. He answers all your questions with answers you can understand. He is caring and patient.
