Dr. Dowling performed emergency ostomy surgery on me when I went to the hospital through the ER. He treated me professionally and explained what was wrong so that I could understand what was happening. Most of all, not only were his skills excellent, his bedside manner is exceptional. He always took the time to answer any and all questions and I never felt rushed when talking with him. I would never hesitate to go to him if needed and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a surgeon. He made me feel like a friend not just another patient.......Dr. Dowling is the best in!!!!!!!!

Dr Dowling did my surgery after I was taken to ER for gallbladder issues!! VERY informative and through in answering all my questions before and after surgery!! VERY kind, reassuring and personable!! I would not only see him again if the need arises i would highly recommed him to anyone looking for a surgeon!!

I went to see Dr. Dowling the same week I called for appointment. He spent enough time to explain the problem and possible options. I really liked his personality and bedside manners. Highly recommended.

I liked Dr. Dowling for what he did to me. He seemed knowledgable and explained the problem to me and my Mom, who had most of the questions. He took his time to relieve my anxiety about the upcoming surgery. I ended up doing surgery with him and all went well.
