I was told to go in to be tested for COVID at this clinic by my PA over the phone. A nurse or medical assistant took my BP and temp. Then Dr. Norris entered the room and told me she didn't know why I was there because they wouldn't test me. She also specifically said that I wouldn't be charged since I was misinformed. Dr Norris has a relaxed style that I appreciate. She takes her time with you, but she also isn't a hair on fire kind of doctor that over dramatizes your condition.
