I deeply appreciate, respect, and trust Dr. Hickenbottom - she has always been up-to-date in her information, explains things well, is proactive, and speaks compassionately and directly. But in addition, I so appreciate the office staff! I had occasion to call the office with several questions today. Even though it was at the end of their busy day, Grace was able to handle all of my questions and requests and she did it efficiently and professionally - and cheerfully! Thank you for all you do for your patients.

Having a diagnosis of transverse myelitis that was a precursor to multiple sclerosis has been tough but navigating it is so much easier with a doctor who cares. When I call, Dr. Hickenbottom always has someone call back the same day and will then call herself as soon as she can. I always feel like things are thoroughly explained, all of my questions are answered, and that I am putting my neurological health in the right hands.
