I'm glad I lucked upon Dr. Orlando, truly I'm fortunate. It's amazing to have a doctor who listens. She's patient. And again, she LISTENS. Not to have a retort but she listens for understanding. You feel heard when you speak and that is amazing as a patient! I stumbled upon her because my former amazing Dr retired. Having a slight emergency I decided I would seek the Dr with the soonest appt available and she also had a nice demeanor about her in her picture. I chose Dr. Orlando with the idea in mind that I'd be shopping around for Dr's until I'd find one to suit me. Well after the first slight emergency appointment...I stuck around. Had a few more appointments addressing different concerns and she handled them all with the same level of patience, concern, and empathy. I hope she always acts in this studious manner, and that is in no dissrepct to her, but disrespect to ALL doctors who think their learning is done! She is amazzzzzing

Moving from Ohio I had an amazing doctor and I was worried I wouldn’t have the same relationship with a doctor here. Dr Orlando is completely amazing and I love her flexibility and that she listens to me and will really talk through things with me. I am very happy I found her.

Dr. Orlando is PHENOMENAL and has made doctor appointments incredibly easy for me. At first I went to her because she has same day appointments and was the closest doctor to me when I was visiting from Florida. I made the appointment online. She examined me and took my concerns seriously instead of being too skeptical which I really appreciate. I have anxiety which usually makes "simple" tasks extremely difficult for me. Her bedside manners ease my emotions both during appointments and for when I have to make myself make appointments. Now that I have moved to Ann Arbor I've made her my primary care physician. Appointments are quick, the MyChart patient-doctor interface is simple, and she communicates back quickly whether it's for a question or refill request. I actually feel hopeful that things health wise (both mentally and physically) for me will improve over time with Dr. Orlando working with me while the CoVid pandemic continues. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
