all the staff were polite and seemed to care about my well being. the wait and how long it took for them to let me go was the only minor issue I had. if had an emergency this would be the place I'd go.

My sister had a baby and he is in the nicu. Over all, every nurse in this nicu has been nothing short of amazing. Very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. One nurse in particular really stands out to me. Her name is Camille. She is on night shift. She isn’t just a great nurse, she’s a nice human being. I wish I could give her 10000 stars. She definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you for taking spectacular care of my Nephew Owen!!

My doctor is Dr. C Holtz and he is a very good doctor. I love the whole place when you call the answer they’re very helpful you can’t go wrong here.

I received my second life here. When I read reviews, it is filled with mixed experience of others but for me, I regard this place as my second mother. The health care team members here are like my parents and siblings. When it comes to rating St. Joe's Hospital, it is not based on one encounter but more than a year long experience.

MICU 6th floor has the most fabulous, caring, thorough and consistently trusting nurses!!!! Each person is treated as important as the next. My sister spending quite a few days here. Other than home I couldn't think of a more caring comforting place to be. Kara, Tiffany, Allison and others I'm so terribly sorry I can't remember their names. But every single one that took care of 677 on 06/25/23 - (still here) were absolutely something that will contribute to the great reviews that Trinity Heath receives.

Dr.Benjamin S. Lee is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. He is the Attending Provider in the Emergency who looked after me when I got motor vehicle crash on May 7, 2023 and rushed to Ann Arbor Hospital. And I would like to thank the excellent service of Katelynn Romaker the Registered Nurse who spent her whole shift taking care of me. I really do appreciate your good service you provide me. I don't even want to give a star my wife has been moved around and is now laying in a hall way going on 5 hrs for a CT been here 10hrs!!!!!!!

Worst ER in the state, Unfriendly counter staff, no urgency in seeing patients, quick to tell you how many people are in the back waiting but no timeline for being seen, even after 3+hours in the recieving. Meanwhile other hospital ERs in the state jave posted times and pride themselves on timely care. The staff was lazy and unapologetically lacked empathy for the people in the waiting area, to the point they would shout at patients and family memebers expressing concern for the long waits. #Killinguswithcarelessness

My mother was in ICU and wasn't going to make it. After days off of life support she was moved down the hall into comfort care. They had a great comfort plan in place for her. We all knew it wouldn't be long. The plan was adavan every two hours and delatin in between upon request if we thought she needed it. This lasted a few days. I had to go home on the 23rd for a while and thought she would be well taken care of. When I returned to the hospital at 10:30 that night she was in distress and breathing heavily. I asked what time she had been given her medicine and they were honest and said at 3pm. My mother went without from 3 pm until 10:30 when I showed back up. When I tried to explain to the coordinator she was very rude and said I was wrong about the plan. And that they just don't hand out dilation? She literally argued with me for 20 minutes before my mother was given a double dose of DILATION!?! My mother was then given dilation every 2 hours after that! I still am upset. She did pass the very next morning at 5:40 on the 24th. It was not the plan for discomfort. They did not follow the plan and it was horrible.

had both knees total replacement at st.joes first in 2014 went smoothly everyone treated me great nurses were the best made me feel comfortable and I think actually cared second knee great doctors and nurses again unfortunately hospital management is uncaring and incompetent after six hours waiting for surgery on stretcher because of scheduling error after surgery was told I had to leave immediately and nurses were told to find me something to were from leftover clothes from who knows were because my wife took my clothes to wash nurses stood up for me and I stayed best nurses around too bad head office is terrible
