List of Trinity Health Haab Building's Reviews
Physicals for sports, routine check ups, emergency room follow ups etc It’s a health clinic in low income area for one who takes on a LOT more patients than private docs Reading these reviews I’d be frustrated too and I’ll admit there’s been human errors from the office over the time I’ve been involved HOWEVER a simple POLITE conversation has been able to usually get what was needed accomplished People make mistakes Customers are rude I could imagine having such a huge organization and call center employees helping that a lot of the reviews too don’t actually relate to this particular office or its ability to provide medical care More so pointing to Trinity health care system needing to tighten up on training or helping staff if they’ve made an error on how to correct not hide or avoid acknowledging it
I am extremely frustrated with this practice. I watched the scale weigh me as 175, and they notated me down at 275. I have an eating disorder, and this is extremely damaging to me. Not only that, but Dr Hussian tied every single issue back to my weight and ignored what I had to say about previous nerve damage being the cause for pain. She also tried to push that Propranolol, my anxiety medication, will fix symptoms I have regarding POTS. She kept pushing that I was diabetic despite my blood test results at a previous office. This doctor needs to be removed from this practice, as this is a law suite waiting to happen. If I’m honest, I’m very close to filing one either way. I have already left a claim with the trinity health headquarters. Do not come here, it isn’t worth your time. Edit: I called to get to them personally. They first tried to tell me they couldn’t records, then that they couldn’t see it. They then lied to my face when I called again after I realized they lied, and lied AGAIN to say they never said they couldn’t see it. Something is deeply wrong with this practice.
I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I am in the service my daughter received today by Dr. Bushra Hussain. The patient's concerns were completely dismissed without further testing or examination, and it is under no circumstances appropriate for a patient to find themselves in floods of tears because they were judged harshly by the professional that was meant to be helping them. A formal complaint will be filed, and just so I am clear: Shame on you.
Visited Dentist Bond. She's very VERY good.
Dr. Hussain sat on my paperwork until after the due date it needed to be turned in for me to keep my job, only to have an assistent send me a message saying she won't do it. I am now jobless thanks to her. I'd rate this place lower if I could, but sadly I can't. If you have Sedgwick paperwork do NOT take it to her, you WILL lose your job. EDIT: I have cut ties with her over a year and a half ago, and yet she has been pestering me about coming in after my last hospital visit. Considering how rude your staff were, and you fought with me about my FMLA paperwork, then after agreeing to do it, you cowardly had an assistant message me saying you wouldn't do them, RIGHT AFTER they were due (and you had a couple of weeks!), yeah, no. Get out of here.
The receptionist can't even get the appointment correctly.
Scheduled a new patient appointment; the soonest they had was 6 months out. After 5 months they texted me that an earlier appointment was available, so I accepted it. The text said my earlier appointment was confirmed. Then they canceled the earlier appointment without notifying me. I noticed on MyChart that I didn't have any upcoming appointments, so I called to inquire. They said they've already given away my original appointment to someone from the waitlist and there's nothing they can do about it. Bad customer service all around; and I haven't even been in the office yet. Beware of accepting an earlier appointment! Better yet, go somewhere else.
Dr Platte is the absolute best doctor I've had. She listens to your concerns and addresses everything you'd like to discuss. She's kind and compassionate, you don't get that much anymore. Thank you!!
Not a patient here, thankfully. Was in the waiting room while my fiance was being seen and the admin staff could be heard laughing loudly, repeatedly. Then a patient came in and found out his appointment was actually on another day and they made fun of him after he left, saying he was dumb. Then they got in to a whole conversation about a coworker they cant stand. Unprofessional.
Was told they don't have a bathroom. Won't be going back here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
