(Not my real name) I don’t really feel cared for here. The doctors are kind and listen but they just refer you out to a bunch of different specialists and don’t ever figure things out or balance care based on the findings. It’s frustrating because I really want a centralized provider that can help me balance everything and explain things to me. The last time I was there I received multiple texts saying to arrive at 6:45am for my 7am appt. I received an automated text asking if I was in the waiting room. In fact, I was locked outside in the winter because no one opened the doors until 6:58. No one acknowledged me waiting at the door, or acknowledged that their text system tells you to arrive at 6:45. UM does this too but they’ve always been open with staff greeting and checking you in for the 7am appt.

DO NOT GO HERE. They billed my student $284 for a work physical without telling her ahead of time. When I called the office to ask the price of physicals, they would not give me a straight answer saying that it depended on the person. Why should it matter who it is if it's for a simple work physical. If you have no choice but to go here (as many students without transportation might), make sure that you get all of your costs in writing first!

When you walk in no one greets you and it's not very welcoming and workers are very lazy I asked could they change the pharmacy that I was supposed to pick my medicine up from and she told me they close at 8:00pm and she don't know if she had time to do it then return back to IHA and wanted to ask why did I go to different pharmacies and no medicine for my sick daughter with flu need more guidance in more mature people working there

I never felt so comfortable ever with any doctor but Dr Lisa is different she's the best I can feel her amazing spirit all over me I thank you I love you Dr Lisa thank you for listening to me today you are the best 🫂💕

HORRIBLE! My provider was not knowledgeable about my current medications. Also she wrote the instructions incorrectly for a prescription multiple times so the pharmacy couldn't fill it

The free wifi is absolutely useless......you can't connect to it. Why even offer it?
