It was my first visit for arthritis of the big toe joint. She acted like she didn't want to be there and get out as quick as possible. Didn't explain anything. Didn't say what the x-ray showed. Just said do you want a steroid injection or a shoe insert. I had to force her to answer questions. Won't be going back.

I WAS a new patient looking for a foot doctor close to home. I called to schedule an appointment this morning and the call did not go so well. The receptionist that answered the phone used their greeting and then continued to speak to someone other than me. She then said the greeting again with an annoyed tone implying why are you not responding?? Um..?? I am not responding because you are clearly speaking to someone else in the office. Horrible first impression. Will not be a patient!

After traveling an hour to see this doctor specifically because she specialized in patients who want to continue running, I was rather underwhelmed with her helpfulness and interest in my concerns about continuing to run with my injury. I had to ask all the basic questions and her answers were not all that helpful. I felt like it was a waste of time. Also, she was cold and unfriendly.
