I love Dr. Fardous. After COVID hit, I found an alarming lump! I was so freaked out, and NO ONE was accepting new patients, and I found the PCP I had selected on my insurance for proximity wasn't able either! After so many calls, I found Dr. Fardous and her office, and they did not turn me away in my time of need. After my video consultation with her, I knew I had found a great doctor, and that I would continue seeing her even if it turned out to be much further away, and list her as my PCP asap. Dr. Fardous is not only a really likable warm person that clearly cares a lot about her patients, she somehow walks that impossible line between taking patients' concerns seriously, and easing their mind, by explaining the medicine in terms you can understand, but still making sure to be very thorough about following-up, to make sure that nothing is missed! All of that is so important! I am so happy to have found a great Primary Doctor!

I went for my first appointment today with Dr. Fardous. She was professional, down to earth and sincere. I felt more compassion from her than any dr. I had been to in years. I’m looking forward to having her as my primary dr.

A family member had a similar experience to Andrea Bolivar. Dr. Fardous was the PCP for my close family member for several months and regularly saw her for the same complaint. She always dismissed my relative's concern, and never treated her appropriately. The complaint developed into a life-threatening emergency that landed my relative in the ER for multiple surgeries. After Dr. Fardous found out that my relative was in the hospital, Dr. Fardous called my father and myself, and repeatedly (rudely) demanded to speak with my relative (despite our repeated insistence that my relative was incapacitated on painkillers and completely bedbound). I'm keeping this review vague because my family member is exhausted from the ordeal and does not want to deal with Dr. Fardous anymore. But I was absolutely appalled at the way Dr. Fardous handled my relative's illness and would strongly recommend that others seek out a different PCP.
