I was told diabetics sugar never go up or down
The first visit was a meet and greet. 2nd visit was basically told that they could not help me because Medicare would not pay. I also had BCBS. Dr. Tanner never even talked with me. I was told the wellness nurse would be calling to set up an appointment because their office does not participate in Welcome to Medicare visits. 3 weeks passed and no phone call. Also had issues with code for blood work and I called and even gave a statement from Medicare. She never returned my call or changed codes. I switched to a different doctor and had no problem with getting the blood work covered by Medicare or BCBS. It’s visit she was 45 minutes late coming to the room.
Terrible bed side manner, assumes what she wants and doesnt listen to patient, and then gives you additude like she is better then you
After waiting 1 1/2 months for an appointment to see her, the morning of my appointment they called to cancel it and reschedule it for another 1 1/2 months later. She is supposedly accepting new patients....good luck.
I think she’s a very good doctor, very caring and pays careful attention to every area of concern.
I feel that Dr. Tanner is not interested in the whole person. I have done my research, asked the questions but felt that I was not heard. I left her office feeling frustrated that I was not heard and being pushed in a direction that I was not ready to go. Also there was a few statements made by her and her staff that made me feel like they were more concerned about the fear factor to be persuaded to just take the medicine and do as they say no more should be done.
