Dr. Dock is very professional, personable and kind. He made a point to call me the night before my surgery to ensure I was okay, check if I had any questions and calm and anxious feelings I may have. Very considerate.
This is the kindest man and a wonderful staff! I highly recommend him! They are always available to answer any questions! I was never rushed through any of my appointments!
Dr Dock saw me and set up my surgery for a lump on my shoulder to be removed and on day of surgery another Dr actually did it..I wasnt aware Id had been pushed into another surgeon. Im was left with open wound to pack clean and repack twice daily. Excruciatingly painful to do, so they prescribed pain meds. I got it refilled twice as the wound took 5 weeks to close but a different Dr or PA signed each RX...SO NOW IM MARKED AS REPEAT PRESCRIPTION AND IVE BEEN QUESTIONED ABOUT THAT AT OTHER DR APPTS. I understand the opiate crisis but this was in 2016 and yet Im still questioned and IM SCATED FOR LIFE LEFT WITH HUGE HOLE IN MY SHOULDER. DR PIMPLE POPPRR CLOSED LARGER LUMPS THAN MINE SO WHY WAS I LEFT LIKE THIS!!?? BAD COMMUNICATION AND OVER ALL JUST BAD DRS. It was a female surgeon that did this but Dr Dock should have, why was I seen by him yet another surgeon did the procedure?? Last time I waited 2 hrs just to be seen here at Allina!! Yes 2 hrs before he walked into the room. Allina and St Francis..I wouldnt take my dog here!!
Dr Dock seems only to be interested in how many patients he can see in a day. Does not seem to care about me as a person who needs help.
