These guys are so superb in service delivery, I wasn't disappointed when I checked in their lab for malaria check up. So professional enough!
I was referred to Mayo Clinic for evaluation of a rare disease (Moersch-Woltman Syndrome, or SPS.) I had an appointment with the Director of Research, and signed a permission slip allowingmyself and any test results to be used in their research.I have not received any reports of any new understanding of the disease. When I asked for some studies / reports, I was informed that I would have to pay for them!!!Also, no information was sent to my referring physician. When I called about that, I was informed that no orders or reports could be sent across state lines. Therefore, I underwent several procedures / tests for THEIR benefit, not to help me or to give my referring physicians any guidelines.
Great oasis for medical procedures in the world.
Fixing a lot of my problems no one else can fix
If it wasn't for Mayo Clinic, I probably would be dead today. 2 years ago I had 7 seizures in 48 hours plus a possible stroke and almost died cause kidneys shut down, n hospitalized for a week, the mayo clinic E.R doctors and nurses were amazing back then as they are now, and the Mayo Clinic hospital doctors, nurses. And staff were amazing then as they are today. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but Mayo. They treat u as if u were family.
I have been going to this Clinic and St Mary's hospital for 10 years now and I trust them completely. They're always friendly always willing to answer questions. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to all of my friends and family. This Clinic has been a God's blessing to me
I’m currently trying to get an appointment with neurology for a POTS evaluation/treatment plan and it is awful!!! I have two referrals from two different providers and every time I call, I get the run around. Yesterday I was told by the scheduler I would probably get denied if I didn’t have a referral from my primary care provider. The original referral was from a cardiologist in the Twin Cities and apparently that isn’t good enough. I guess be prepared to get the run around and be shuffled around like a number vs a person.
How is this place number one in the world? That's a pretty terrifying thought
I am a poster child of someone that the Mayo Clinic should see (basically on death's door at this point). Yet despite being well insured and having a decent enough income that I won't owe them any money they refused treatment.
I just wasted over an hours time trying to complete your follow up survey where I had some very important issues to make known. That's the second time I've been disappointed with Mayo Clinic's administrative staff and practices in ten days.
Experts! Exactly what you need when it comes to your health. Curtious, professional care provided here. We are so grateful to be in close proximity to Mayo Clinic. The are many buildings, though the signage will get you to where you need to go. We printed a map of the place before we left, though we didn't use it. I do recommend you print a map if you've never been here. Also, allow plenty of time for parking and walking.
Ignored chief complaints for heart Failure for years and ignored patient history.
It is extraordinarily expensive without any valid reason
