Been my primary physician for 10+ years. Great guy. Doesn't mince words.
I’m beside myself with the lack of concern for patients. Dr. Stiles was my PCP for 6 years. I did like him, but without notice I was removed from his patient list. Now I’m a new patient and can’t get an appointment for 6 months. Don’t bother with Dr. Stiles.
Dr. Stiles saw me on a late Friday afternoon emergency to diagnose extremely painful and disabling Plantar Fasciitis. With knowledge of expedient treatment my condition has improved dramatically by Monday. The doctor has always displayed genuine and sincere professional care for the years of our relationship. Five stars is an easy choice.
Attentive and always makes time to listen to questions/concerns. Very good at laying out options/solutions and letting me choose what I am comfortable with.
A great physician. Listens. Helps.
Hes been my doctor for a while now and I like hi truthfulness in talking to you about your problems
Dr. Stiles sits and listens intently to everything you tell him about your condition. He then responds with his answer giving all the details and options for us to consider or instructions to get better. We are very pleased with him as our primary doctor and his staff gets 5-stars for professionalism and great care in assisting us when we are sick.
He completely misdiagnosed my lyme disease, and refused to give me a lyme test in about 2011, even though he gave me an HIV test. He saw all of my rashes and never recognized that I had mass cell activation and erythema migrans rashes. He refused to see me any longer and passed me off to a dermatologist. When I was finally able to get tested through Igenex, not only did I have lyme, but erhlichosis chaffeensis. I got tested in 2014. If I could give no stars, I would. I now see an LLMD.
Conservative in treatment. Listens and converses with me to choose appropriate treatment options. Good referrals to specialists and surgeons. Responds quickly to phone questions. Willing to discuss pros and cons of Ned's.
Straightforward, plainspoken and thorough.
Certainly better than many internists, but his ego isn't well-concealed. Fortunately, he appears to take some interest in keeping up with the literature. On the other hand, he isn't receptive to patients who present him with anything that doesn't already conform to his views.
He didn't seem to listen to me for several years when I complained about ailments, now I'm looking at surgery. Run for your life, stay away!
Bad experience overall. Rude and didn't seem to care. Only spent moments with me when I waited 30 minutes for him in a small room! Don't waste your time!
He's confrontational, isn't very knowledgeable in general. He changed my medicine dosage without informing or involving me in the decision. Horrible bedside manners and he's not a "go getter" or proactive in testing or treatment.
Always very through. Never quick to send me for test i don't need. Listens to my complaints. Doesn't interrupt. More than willing to work with difficult diagnoses and insurances. Very knowledgeable.
If you like text book Diagnosis, inability to think outside the box and a doctor that proscribes expensive test. this is the guy for you. I went to him with Asthma related issues, he recommended a sleep study. I have an ongoing issue with my neck, He recommended physical therapy. I stopped and wen back to him when this aggravated the problem. His answer Pain meds. Nothing more. If you Question his decisions, He will drop you as a patient.
