He did not listen, nor care to listen, to the urgent plea of providing a surgery for our son that was recommended by neurology. It was a surgery that did not need prior authorization, yet he and his staff did not respond to our request to schedule the operation. A surgeon in St Paul did the surgery the day before Rhodes and staff sent us a notice that a "prior authorization" had been denied. They didn't request that authorization and obviously had no intention of doing the surgery.

I am so mad at you I don't get it you didn't see me I'm still having trouble breathing and I got sent home you know I have a obstructed airway and chronic laryngitis and you didn't even see me an ambulance wouldn't bring me there for nothing your nurse told me to come there and you just push me away that hurt me really bad !!!???? I thought you were there for me you have been my Dr since October 3!!! You know I have breathing problems smh..
