Had total knee replacement, so pleased with the results and having Dr. Balgaard as my doctor. If I ever need my other knee done, he's the man! Rehab went faster than I expected, therapy went great!

For seeing a “specialist” I’m really disappointed that I now have more questions than answers. Being told that I “possibly” should have an MRI, and that I would be contacted to set up physical therapy sessions for my issues and didn’t receive contact, is rather disheartening. I feel I need to now see yet another provider for “true” assistance. I should also mention that the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional by asking personal data of patients in front of all others, and just giving the “gist” of a policy explanation and requiring signature without providing the actual copy is quite incompliant.
