amazing techs and doctors
I have been told by CDI that I am too complicated for them to work on. Instead they want me to go down to the Mayo in Rochester to be worked on. I do not understand what is meant by that. I thought they were equipped and had the skills to be able to work on me. Instead they want me to drive all the way down to Rochester weekly to have my Paracentesis performed. I dont understand how they can advertise that they can take care of and help anyone yet find a patient to be to complicated for family medicine.
Wonderful place I’ve had great experiences there scheduling staff is flexible and can answer many questions registration folks are helpful and courteous technicians and nurses are friendly competent and really good at putting you at ease. doctors continue the outstanding care and explain each step. I might go in worried but I always leave calm
The staff was very friendly and courteous in all aspects of our visit to CDI. The hours were very convenient for a working parent to get their child in.
The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctors I feel are genuinely concerned about you and are genuinely great people
They all are friendly and professional and my whole experience was fast and easy
I appreciate the staff and services that CDI in Alexandria provide. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Top notch group. Keep up the good work
Im not pleased with the service my father has received. I took him there twice. The first time I took him he had a nerve block shot went well we waited the 15 minutes before we had the ok to leave once he was able to walk. That lasted 3 weeks of some relief. Then the pain came back worse so I brought him back they gave him another shot but this time they went right into the nerve and had to pull it out and move it over. We waited almost an hour before we could leave and he could hardly walk so he was wheeled out on a wheelchair. Since then he has had no relief major pain and discomfort and that was 10 wks ago now. He has repeated contacted staff and all they have to say is come back for another shot or route to surgery. Why would we want to bring him back there for another shot after the possible permanent damage that has been done. We need someone from this clinic to give us legit answers and someone who is willing to help. My father is a VERY active hardworking man back surgery would not be a good. It never is. Someone at this Cdi place needs to help us especially when the doc who did the last shot and accidentally went into the nerve wont admit what he did he knows he did wrong. We need to live in a positive and honest world so our future generations can follow. What should we do anyone have any thoughts?
I have had many rays cat scans MRIs ultrasounds at Alexandria CDI. Each every time I have been treated as though I was a very important patient. The doctors technicians have been friendly courteous while remaining professional. I have been treated at many clinics hospitals around Minnesota other states while I never had a bad experience Alexandra CDI shines above all of them. Thank you
The staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure you know exactly what is happening and when there are slight delays they are quick to let you know how much longer it should be.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
