From the first appointment, of my journey, to my 4 week follow up, I was very pleased in all areas with my experience with Heartland. The staff in Willmar, to the staff in Alexandria were pleasant and respectful. Dr Nelson explained everything very well. Never rushed through an appointment, so I always felt comfortable asking questions. And I'll admit, I had quite a bit of anxiety, and all the staff made me feel comfortable. I will recommend Heartland to anyone!!

I'm very happy with the treatment I have received from Dr. Nelson and all the staff at Heartland Orthopedics. I've had one knee replacement done 6 months ago and will be having the other knee done in a month or so. Everyone I have been in contact with there have been very friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend them for anyone.

I was able to get a pain relieving cortisone shot quickly and accurately by Dr. Nelson. Dr. Nelson and Wendy the scheduler was able to accommodate me to save me a long drive! Thanks!

The doctor is an excellent doctor and surgeon. But because of that sometimes appointments run late today it was two hours However I know that if he takes that much time with me he takes that much time with someone else so I appreciate the fact that he’s willing to take the time he needs with each patient he serves
