Dr. arrived early for the appointment. Diagnosed the issue, gave me options. Very polite and professional during the visit as was the staff. Would recommend them and will see them again.

Had allergy testing. 3 different visits literally saw Dr. Gina Brown for 3 to 4 minutes on last visit. She walked out and was supposed fo check on something and comeback and talk to me. Did not bother. I had to go to work so left and called to get answers. I had positive test and in my 3 to 4 min conversation I was handed a leaflet and advised to google ingredients. I am ok with that but I have an autoimmune disease and was not given any opportunity to discuss options. Went there because of 5 star review. I am not so sure this is a 5 star office. I am sure my insurance will be charged thousands of Dollars for 4 minutes with the doctor. Not happy!!!!!!:(. :(. :(. If you are looking to actually talk to the doctor for your full 15 minute appointment. Don't bother with this office. You will get more from the MA than the doctor !!!!!!!!!

Gina qualified me for a loan when my circumstances (newer self-employed) wouldn't do it for the big providers. Great service, professional, and thorough. I have since recommended her to several friends who have had similarly great experiences. Well done Gina.

Doctor Brown is fantastic! She has the best bedside manner, she' honest and treats you like you really matter. She is truly a caring doctor. Her nurse Michelle is the same way and is very helpful. Doctor Brown always explained things in terms you can understand and I never felt like she talked down to me. A+ in my book and would trust her to care for any of my family members.

Dr. Brown and her staff are amazing. They make you feel like you matter and not like your wasting their time. They answer promtly when you leave a message, if it's something they can't do they see to it they refer you to someone who can. None of Dr. Brown's staff or herself look at you like your beneath them, but they treat you like equals. I have gotten more answers and results in less than a year that I have been with her than all my years doctoring. The only good thing my doctor did was refer me to her and her staff.
