Jonathan Harvey's Online Review Report Card

This doctor has no clue when it comes to patient care. He is rude and looks at you like you asked a foolish question when you ask one. I guess after 32 years of practice you become jaded and forget its all about the patient. I have felt better before I came to this so- called doctor. Stay Away !!!

Had 2 surgeries, caused me severe problems. He is arrogant, rude, and has NO time to talk to patients. he will never complete the job. Warning.

Dr. Harvey and his medical staff were very helpful with all of my questions regarding my condition. They did everything in a timely manor and went out of their way to help me with my insurance issues. Dr. Harvey did an excellent job and my recovery was seamless.

Dr. Harvey is a caring physican. During a very difficult time in my life, he made my surgery expreiance less stressful by his sense of humor. He was always there for me any time I called or my family called him day or night. He visited me in the hospital every day at times when I was awake and I could talk to him. He always explained to me what was going on and answered all of my questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for 6 years and have recommended him to many friends. He is extremely patient. Many times he's taken out a pen and drawn a picture to explain exactly what is going on and why he's treating a problem a certain way, etc. Can't say enough about him. As for the punctuality, it's balanced by the few times I have called and they've squeezed me in immediately, so I am more grateful for their flexibility than impatient with the wait when it happens.

I was once an employee at Bowdoin Medical and loved Dr. Harvey from the start. He is wonderful with my children, and is as punctual as his previous patients allow him to be. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend him highly!

I really liked Dr. Harvey but unfortunetly his office staff had no idea what they were doing. Not very organized at all! When our youngest daughter was a newborn, we took her in for her second set of shots and one of the nurses had us make the appt.'s for the wrong time twice. Not only did we waste 2 trips but on the second trip, she had the nerve to blame us for the mistake! It took her current doctor awhile to catch her up because of that nurses error. My first visit with them I had a 45 minute wait and it was rare to have less than a half hour wait for any appointment after that. The location isn't bad once you get through all that Gorham traffic. I miss Dr Harvey but not the inefficient staff or the longer drive and afternoon traffic.
