After a year and a half of trying to get pregnant I decided to see Dr Sprengeler. For the first time in my life I felt completely listened to and understood by a doctor. Within my first appointment she had laid out a clear plan and encouraged questions which had been something I had been desperately needing. I was pregnant the first month after seeing her and following her health plan. My husband and I will forever be thankful for her and her nurse for their kindness, understanding, and care. She is one in a million and I am so grateful to be her patient.

Poor patient care, doesn’t follow up, when something goes wrong doesn’t take responsibility, more concerned about herself than the patient, I wish I would have checked into other providers before my surgery but I thought I was going to a good provider.

Never have i met a Dr with such heart an knowledge ! Dr Sprengeler always made my husband an I feel like we wer in top of the list an always made time for our needs an emergency's! We recommend her to so very many! A Dr that can make u at ease just walking into the room is the dr i always want by my side!

An awesome doctor! Her nurses are pretty great too! She did my biopsy and hysterectomy surgery. She always had time to answer my questions and is a very experienced surgeon in my opinion. I would definite recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

Sarah is a fantastic Doctor and she did a wonderful job delivering our baby boy. There wasn't ever a moment we were left not knowing something. She always made sure to explain things in a very easy to understand way. Sarah treated us like family. We are very lucky to have had her on our side.

She's very nice. Willing answers any questions asked. Good explanation of lapriscoptic hysterectomy that I had done by her. Competent surgeon. Responds to questions in a timely manner that I asked on My Chart website. Would go back to her for any future problems without hesitation.
