I have utilized your MedExpress Urgent Care three times in the past few years. Every time I have been there, the staff have been pleasant and very helpful with my health issues that I had. I see on the email that I just received that you can scheudule an appointment if needed. I will use that service in the future if needed and continue to utilize the walk in option as needed.

I came and saw a sign they have no staff reception and I need to call to check in. Called three times and someone answered to say they are busy. Left with no service. Don't waste your time there. Go somewhere else.

I would go here again in a heartbeat (but I hope I don’t have to!) Sam was amazing the both times I had to see her. And Kim was a good support system! Staff is friendly. Only complaint is I wish the door hinges were on the opposite side so the door didn’t open into the room facing the bed table. But that’s construction planning issues not the staffs problem.

I got in quickly. The front desk lady was nice. The doctor was understanding and respectful. But, I was unimpressed with the assistant who brought me to the exam room. It seemed like she had a attitude when entering my prescription meds in the computer. I don’t remember her name but I didn’t get the impression of professionalism from her.

$200, I get 10 minutes of their time, no tests, no nothing. Definitely Don’t pay the fee upfront… zero stars
