Friday I told my b×××× NP I believed I had a Pseudomono Scalp infection. She didn't check my symptoms. She told me she was going to look up how to treat and the Apple Valley Police walked in my roomand told me my nurse was worried about my Mental Health because of my opinion. She never asked what my symptoms were. Today after I was told to I would be treated with respect, and they were sorry what hapoened to me on thw phone, the worse clinic doctor refused to just get a mucus sample from my nose to verify my diagnosis. Instead, she said she thought it was scabies because I was itchy, when my rash was in a pattern and she just wanted to cause hate because she was a horrible person. Just because you are a Nurse Practitioner doesn't mean you haven't got thrown from hell apparently.

Dr. Lee in Urgent Care did an absolutely amazing job with my toddler. Took his time with her, had such empathy and understanding about her being so scared. He also took the time to explain everything to me and even told me to call and ask for him if I had any extra questions or concerns once I got home.
