If you want help, avoid this place. They are worthless. I received four different answers in calling re:assessment. Then was sent a “summary” instead of actual assessment, then told it would take up to 16 days. Have had to deal with this company on three separate occasions. Each time, worse than the last. Made things more difficult in getting help due to their constant delays. Go anywhere else!

Nystrom is a mill. They exist to cash checks. They think that basic ethics don't apply to them because they're "saved." Look up your provider before seeing them. Nystrom hires people who have had serious ethical actions taken against them by MN licensing boards. Their "sincere apology" is copy-pasted.

Staff is rude when calling to schedule an appointment. When you get disconnected they don't call you back you have to wait another 10 minutes just to talk to a rude scheduler.

I have been very happy with Nystrom & Associates. My provider is there for me and has helped me work on my concerns. I have been able to do virtual visits which worked well for me. They are great with sending reminders of upcoming appointments and billing when needed. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I wanted to love it here… About 5 years ago I went to the Woodbury location and had an amazing therapist and a great experience, that didn’t happen here. I saw two different therapists that weren’t a great match. I get it, this happens. There should be a better process though so you aren’t wasting months of your life. My biggest issue though was getting reminders set up for my appointments. I have a brain injury and it’s hard for me to keep track of my appointments sometimes. They were able to get reminders set up for me for the first therapist I saw, but for some reason when I went back to start with the second therapist I started seeing NO ONE could do it for me. I must have asked 3 or 4 different people who said they would all get it taken care of. But they DIDN’T. I missed a couple of appointments because of this. I spoke with them about what was going on and they said they understood, but nothing was ever done. Finally I got so frustrated I just stopped going. No one there cares about you apparently.

I'm finding it helpful and an overall positive experience to talk with my new Therapist. I value her input, and self-care reminders. I reccommend Nystrom & Associates talk Therapy, as it almost feels like having another 'friend' in my life, to give professional advice. U

Both of my kids see doctors here and they both love it.. I have seen good changes in both of my kids just by talking with there therapist here. I would definitely recommend this place for others. They do a great job by listening to there problems and giving them great ideas and tool's to help FIX there problems.

I’ve been in therapy here over 8 yrs longest I’ve stayed anywhere. They offer DBT which I believe should be learned in school. I’ve learned a lot about myself and to rebuild stronger relationships with my kids. It’s been amazing
