I have been dealing with kidney stones for the past few days and I just wanted to say that Dr. Krippendorf and nurse Shane in the E.R. were completely awesome and helpful both nights I was in the E.R. Also Dr. Miller in urology and nurse Jessica and their whole staff was wonderful and got me taken care of so quickly! Dr. Varela and the anesthesiologists team were super awesome and helpful as well! GOD Bless!

I'm done with Mayo, the final straw is my recent 2 visits, my daughter got bit by a dog in the face and needed stitches, that visit took 3 hours to get her cleaned and stitched. The following was due to infection from the dog bite, she's running a fever, won't eat or drink and thus not getting her antibiotics, came in with the intention of getting an antibiotic injection to give her a boost only to find out after 4 hours that the doctor won't do it and just prescribed her another antibiotic, because prescribing an oral antibiotic to a child too sick to eat or drink is a great way to treat them....

I wasted over a year running the same tests over and over at this clinic to get the same results and being prescribed different medications without a diagnosis. A friend referred me to another clinic that was able to diagnose and treat in one visit. I have never felt that they had any interest in finding out what was wrong with me at Mayo and after running the same tests over and over, I owed too much to try the testing that should have been done in the beginning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

An absolute joke! From scheduling appointments to the care received there! Mayo clinic in Austin is the worst place possible to go for any type of medical care!

Happy Valentines Day. I started my day off with great professional and kind care in surgical prep. Nurse Rhonda was wonderful and provided me with the best IV insertion experience. My procedure was quick and smooth. Thank you for your exemplary patient care.

They are the biggest joke around. Doctors there dont do there job right. And then they dont allow you in unless you and only have an appointment. So beware if it is life and death you better say your good byes before you get there
