I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years and it's the best.

This clinic is the best around! I can’t speak highly enough of them. From my primary care doctor to the nurses & receptionist! I lived & grew up in Becker, but since then have moved away. I will still drive the distance for great healthcare! Dr. Spinner has helped me tremendously throughout the years & I don’t have enough words to ever thank him enough! He is the most kind & compassionate doctor who cares about his patients! :) :)

The wait is often VERY long after the appointment time. Makes it difficult to take off work to get to an appointment. Also their base office visit cost is pretty expensive. To have to pay $250 even when no actual care or procedure was done? Overall disappointed in our experience at this clinic, and I don't recommend it.

I leave St Cloud to see my Dr in Becker. She listens too me and I leave the office feeling like the staff cared about my health.

I have been going here for some time now and recognize that there might be a wait. However, I have never experienced a unusual wait in the 15+ times I have gone here, a person should understand that if there IS a wait, it means the doctor is giving someone some extra time and that maybe you're in line for the same care and attention. The staff is pleasant while checking in, the nurses have all been nice and welcoming , and the doctors have been careful to take the time to discuss the issues, look at my overall health, add tests as needed and I never once felt rushed. I changed doctors after 10 years, to Dr. Picconatto. What a well informed and polite doctor, giving you the best care and attention to detail he has to give. I am grateful for such a fantastic clinic to provide such professional care and concern.

I’ve been going here since I moved into town 2 years ago... I have 3 small children so I have to go for well checks. I’ve had 3 different doctors... my last 2 appointments I’ve waited for over an hour. Yes- with 3 kids. Today an hour and 20 minutes and an administrator came and brought me to a room saying he’s still 20 minutes behind. I’ve seen 5 groups come and go by this time. They sent me to a different doctor-my 4th here in 2 years.. she was very nice, but the point is they are inconsiderate of people’s time and very disorganized. I could go on with immunization and actually looking at charts beforehand. I’m going somewhere else from now on. I gave it 2 because I like some of the nurses and staff— some. Otherwise 0 stars.

The one star that this clinic gets goes to the administrators who are very nice and helpful. From there everything goes downhill. Several of the nurses are extremely rude and give the impression they could care less about you. The doctor we were supposed to see was by the worse. He has no idea how to keep any form of a schedule and the last few times we were there we had to wait for over an hour. It's frustrating because we want to support the local operation and have had great experience with every other Centra Care facilities. However, until things change I would highly recommend people to avoid this clinic if they can

Staff is always very nice and helpful.

This place and all of their staff and doctors have been extremely helpful and are well versed/educated in the job. I would recommend anyone to the Becker clinic! Thank you for years of great caring service to the community.
