They really need to change their accounting and billing staff im still getting bills from a work comp issue back in October, also I am changing to Alexandria hospitals because i normally get a notice that my bill will be sent to collection when i haven't gotten a bill at all. And i feel like this clinic and hospital both have cheated me out of thousands of dollars for holding me over night with a heart monitor and never giving me a reason at all after a second opinion i had really bad acid reflux i was charged over $1000.00 for this and got nothing in return

I brought my husband in around midnight on June 5. We both felt like he received excellent care. He had to have a cut stitched up. Our nurse was Maggie Holleman and the CNP was Shari Vanbriesen. They were both very caring and very professional. It's wonderful to have this facility 10 miles from me!

Staff is very friendly, don’t have to book months in advance to get your regular doctor, and you are not stuck in waiting rooms for extended periods of time. Great choice if you live in the benson area and don’t want to travel for a regular check up.

Dr and staff are friendly but not much to be said about the accounting/billing dept. They don't ever send out a bill for the portion that u owe after insurance pays but they have no problem sending u a letter saying the bill went to collections for non payment. I'm not sure they even send in the bill to insurance right away since it was for something over 6 months ago.
