My counciler is wonderful. Every week we discuss where I am at and the topics change to concentrate on issues that week. We review concerns and positive reinforcement is always given. I am most pleased with everthing and look forward to our next session.

Don't know about therapy because I never made it that far. I had an appointment scheduled for telahealth for over a week. 1 Day before my appointment they called and said my insurance wouldn't cover telahealth, but if I went in and connected through the otsego office it would be covered. Fine, I was going to do that. 3 hours before my appointment they call and give me conflicting information again, and they couldn't be sure my appointment would be covered, she said she'd call back. 1 1/2 hours before my appointment she calls again and says, "actually i checked and your appointment wont be covered by insurance." 2 hours before my appointment they sent me my intake paperwork. On those forms it said, return 48 hours prior to your appointment. Now I'm stuck trying to find another provider and every one is booked out months. The front office needs work, this is beyond frustrating.

I have Brian as a drug counselor and he makes class fun and interesting while being serious and caring at the same time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
