Very rude on the phone to nursing staff. I was basically hung up on and unable to get my question across.

My pain level on the second day after hernia surgery was at a very painful 3-4. I could not get my pain under control with Tylenol, ibuprofen and icing and when I called the number I was given and told to call if I was in pain the on call Dr informed me that I was expected to suffer in pain because my pain score was not important to them nor was my comfort level. Only that the allotted amount of pain meds had been prescribed. Do not trust these people with a surgery. They do not care if you are in terrible pain, you are just another paycheck to them and they will treat you like a statistic instead of a human.

I had emergency bowel resection surgery for a strangled bowel and Dr. Lippert fortunately was the surgeon on call when I came in to ED. She was caring, and compassionate in tying my gown so I was covered completely. She really listened to me and my symptoms fortunately took me immediately to surgery, or I might not be here. I would highly,highly recommend Dr. Lippert anytime.

Dr. Sarah Lippert and her medical assistant were caring, kind and professional.I had sutures placed in an emergency room that were difficult and painful to remove. Dr. Lippert promised to numb the area and she would not continue unless it was painfree.She took the time, assured me and the process was completed pain free.I couldn't have been more pleased with front desk staff, medical assistant and Dr Sarah.

The entire staff was friendly and reassuring. Dr Lippert came in and introduced herself and also talked to me after the surgery. I was very happy with my treatment from Dr Lippert and her staff.

My colonoscopy appointment was for 8:00 am. The doctor was a no show still at 8:15. She didn't call the clinic until 8:20 to advise she wouldn't be in for another hour at least. She finally showed up at 9:30. She talked to me before the procedure and was aloof about her tardiness. She never came to talk to me after the procedure.
