Today I saw Dr. Mona Fahmy for my dry eye condition. From the beginning I felt as safe as I could feel to avoid COVID infection. Check-in was simple and staff friendly. The doctor’s staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Dr. Fahmy was through and patient and took time to answer all my questions.

Excellent supporting staff and doctors are first rate. However, we have had problems sorting out invoices. Apparently, there is no physical business office but only telephone or email responses.
