I came in with a frozen shoulder. His demeanor made me feel like I was bothering him with something so minor. He didn’t listen, didn’t answer my questions, and gave me a shot in the entirely wrong place on my shoulder. I had to work to see another physician to follow up when my shoulder was not getting better and found out that he should have scheduled me for a different injection. This may have been my worst experience with a physician ever.

He schedule me for a procedure with the wrong arm in the order. He was rude and I'm just really disgusted with his incompetency!

Dr. Samule Bigbee ordered a procedure to be done on me this week for the wrong arm. This is blantent incompetency in my opinion. My husband and I sat at the walk in clinic at Tria in Bloomington, Mn. for over 2 hours. I have develooed cysts in my right elbow they are resting on my ulnar nerve, which is very painful! I saw him for the first last time Dr. Samule Bugbee's demeanor and attitude were very negative by display in his first statement to me. 'What do you expect "ME"to do for you?!" My hisband was there to witness it all! Thankfully! It's sad when someone in an authoritative position, someone who is supposed to help people uses his position to demeans the patients he knows he's not qualified to help.

During the visit, Dr Bugbee lacked the communication skills to be compassionate. At times, he seemed to be judging my progress and almost shaming me for not being better. He appears to be a good with the technical aspects of his specialty.

I didn't get much help from Dr. Bugbee. He seemed to want to fit my problem into what he wanted to treat rather than to figure out my problem. He didn't seem too interested to hear what I thought was causing the problem. Because I didn't fit into a nice box he was no help. He offered no diagnosis, treatment options or path to determine the problem. I'm looking for a different doctor.

Dr Bugbee and his staff are wonderful to work with! He is very thorough, and gets you the tests and the help you need for your sports injury. I highly recommend him!
