Dr Thompson has put me back together many times from shoulders to elbow to knees. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s a straight shooter and great Doctor!
Dr metz is conservative and has replaced my hip and fixed both my kneed. Now he's replacing my left knee after yrs of trying everything we can. He makes sure we have tried everything and that surgery is our last option. Stc ortho wanted to replace my knee 5 yrs ago when I just needed a simple repair. Metz is wonderful and very knowledgeable! My inlaws see him as well as my siblings and their inlaws! I highly recommend him! A+++CARE!
Been waiting for over an HOUR for Dr. Nord. Not fun….think I’ll head to St. Cloud Orthopedics, I’d be home by now
Made appointment, waited 40 minutes. Met Dr. Lesmiester, who apparently could care less about what I was trying to tell him about my injury and constantly ignored me in mid sentence and talked over me to his nurse. Hurt my shoulder while manipulating it, and became edgy when I told him that I did not want to have "additional imaging just in case it was arthritis" (it was a mild sports injury, not arthritis) Doctor left the room, a nurse comes in, swabs me with iodine, then says the Doctor will be back. Well, after collectively waiting for about an hour and a half, (the Doctor never returned to the room) I left. Nothing worse than a snotty arrogant Doctor that will not listen to you, talks over you, or tries to upsell you with things you don't need. Really awful, time-wasting experience. No "bedside manner what so ever from this guy. If you're that stressed that you feel the need to treat your patients like second class citizens and keep them waiting that long, then take a break and quit over-scheduling.
When I called and made the appointment I asked if I could get a referral for pt. The person on the phone says no I’d have to come in for an appointment to get one. When I get there I wait 45 minutes in the back room only for the doctor to say they could’ve done it over the phone.
Just love having to pay over $400 for a 15 minute talk. Didn't help me at all. Thanks Essentia. Another robbery.
Care provided is swell. But prepare for an agonizing wait time and time again . I think they need a bigger facility.
Been here for my wrist and dr Metz sent me to a different doctor in the cities for he don’t do wrist and that doctor was great . Now I have been seeing dr Metz for my knee he has tried everything for me not to have knee surgery but have too. I would recommend this clinic to anyone everyone is nice and caring and Dr Metz goes out of his way and takes his time in the room
Great people! They'll bend over backwards to make sure you can!
I was looking forward to this place because of the ratings. I went here twice. My little one broke his hand by tipping over something heavy onto his finger. We were recommended here by the ER. He unwrapped his bandages that were keeping his finger together so he didn't move them. Said he would be fine and we didn't have to come back. I went for something for myself, the blonde young receptionist was rude to the point where I was shocked. The doc I saw did not listen to me, cut me off constantly, did nothing and my visit was over in less than 5 minutes!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
