This urgent care fit us in with 20 minutes before they close. The nurse we had had impeccable, cleanliness habits. She was very efficient. Very nice and what you may say is an excellent nurse. The doctor we had was so understanding, and so wise, she took into consideration the illnesses from just a short time ago, and prescribed accordingly. We felt very cared for. It was very efficient and we were thankful when we left.

I went to this clinic get my daughter checked and we were turned away. :( Bummer However- the lady who was training a newer person at the desk was so helpful. It was a bummer we were turned away but this person really gave me a lot of helpful information about reserving an apt or using Allina online to see a doctor virtually. I was disappointed but she really made me feel like she cared about Allina’s patients. I really appreciated her kindness. The date of visit was 2/6 aprox 6:30pm. I hope she is given the appreciation she deserves- I apologize for not having her name. I have been here a few times for urgent care and it is pretty busy- I have had no bad experiences.

They tell you to check in online so you can wait at home. The system regularly updates you and gives you an ETA for your time. You show up 30 minutes before that time and are told that system is wrong. You go to the back of the line. You are better off just showing up. Funny Great Clips can figure out how computers work but Allina can't.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Walked in with 10 minutes till close and they wouldn’t even diagnose my 4month old with pink eye.. takes 5 fricken minutes.

The hours kinda stink but they are the only actual urgent care in a large radius so expect some wait if you do go.

Went in, not open till 2...guess I will pay the extra for out of network or ER. Not the first time I had a bad experience at this particular clinic. I am changing my preferred provider.
