I was screaming in excruciating pain rolling on the ground begging for help and they told me to have a seat horrible and no humanity they are all there for a check they don’t care about patients obviously if you can go somewhere else
Will NEVER be going back to this ER. And extremely disappointed in the lack of care both the nurse and Dr showed at my visit this morning. Both were condescending and belittling. The Dr did a lazy exam and was trying to send me on my way with no further diagnostics or anything, even tho I was guided to go to ER by a following Allina doctor at a different location. I have never experienced the lack of empathy, condescending attitude, and belittling behavior from a DOCTOR before and she should NOT be one. A new Dr was requested, I did not get one, however she actually decided to step up and do her job once that request was made. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her and made me feel so uncomfortable seeking medical help. Would never advise anyone use this ER if they have an option for literally any other.

Brought my child in specifically asking for sutures for a deep chin laceration after a fall- she was not offered an ice pack, pain meds, nothing. The wound had been bleeding for over 2 hours by the time we saw a doctor and he would not put sutures in... said steri-strips worked just as well. Well 1 week later and the wound is still bleeding, the steri strips have come off twice due to being so soiled with drainage and we cannot get it sutured closed at this point. Worst experience. 10/10 do not recommend for pediatric laceration repair. Now looking for a pediatric plastics doctor to try and revise and repair so her poor face isn't scared forever.
Came in at 2:30, for autoimmune flare up, pain in neck, kidneys, and a rash all over that wouldn't subside with allergy meds. Was seen at 6:45. That's pretty typical here, they are always extremely busy. My room was a bed in the hallway, the doctor came and discussed the rash. I thought maybe he would check my lymph nodes or discuss my lab results, but he left after prescribing me prednisone. I was given my lab results after he left and just used google to look up the "flags". My hemoglobin was dangerously low according to google. I don't know what that really means, but I will see another doctor to discuss. The squeaky wheel gets the oil in healthcare, and that's just not me. Other than that, staff was friendly and caring, I have no complaints in that regard.
I went in at about 9 pm for some sudden symptoms and was seen right away, got labs and other testing done right away, and was discharged fairly quickly for a busy ER. I was back home by 10:40. The staff, nurses, especially Nurse Gracia, and Dr. Dillon were all amazing. They helped me through my issues and explained everything well along with giving me a good diagnosis. Glad I was able to come here and get the help I needed.
Let the success story of others attract you to your success. I have always had interest in Bitcoin trading so I can invest for myself and my family, but I was scared of lost until I got convinced by seeing a lot of people giving testimonies about Mrs hendrick jennifer I an expert Bitcoin trader. and then i decided to finally give it a trial, so far so good, I have made $15,000 in just a couple of weeks I started trading. I WILL NOT ever go to Buffalo for an emergency ... I'd rather go to Monticello and that's saying ALOT cause Monticello is terrible... my daughter was told to go to the E.R because she had "blood" in her urine by urgent care and the doctor that saw her was extremely rude and asked why I seem to be upset.. I was upset because I wasted two hours to be told she's fine with out them even doing anything which in some cases I get but I was frustrated over the doctors attitude .... and they don't even care... they come up with another excuse to my compliant .. well maple grove has the best hospital around so we will go there for anything and everything :) iv given Buffalo to many chances. Should of stopped awhile ago. Good luck who ever goes there. Wish the best.
I went there 2 months ago when I broke my foot and got excellent care. Went back 2 weeks after that to be seen for a provoked DVT. I was there for hours! They were extremely busy and short staffed. The doctors and nurses did the best they could with what they had to deal with. I got the medicine I needed finally and got to go home. So very thankful for the staff at Buffalo ER. You guys are so under appreciated and I just want you all to know that I 100% appreciate everything you have ever done for me and my family!
To the nurses in the ER I asked to please quiet down their laughter and talking as my 16 yr old nephew grieved the sudden loss of his dad and you told me numerous times you were just having a conversation and continued on. I hope someone has more compassion and respect for you when you are faced with a tragedy like this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
