To Whom it may concern and M Health Fairview Staff and patients generally: I am writing this rather unorthodox review for the sole purpose of expressing my personal gratitude and humble thanks to Allison Rao, Sophia Burch and Jennifer Johnson for the outstanding care I received for my broken left elbow. I can't overemphasize the high quality of the care that I was fortunate to experience while undergoing surgery and physical therapy at the Fulton Street Clinic. I would give these people the highest possible quality ratings across the board. I consider myself to owe these women a debt of honor that I can only hope to repay somehow, someday. She is extremely rude, spends about 2 minutes with you and walks away without clear explanation.

Dr. Rao takes the time to go over everything with you prior to a procedure, and never makes you feel rushed should you have any questions. The office staff is the best I'd ever had as well

Dr. Rao did a great job with my shoulder. Even before my first appointment, she checked X-rays from my Er visit to call me in a daily early to perform surgery asap. I had a complicated fracture and always felt in great hands. The shoulder healed great, incl. a very clean incision. Dr. Rao is friendly and heads up explaining all risks and expectations, very professional.

I tore my bicep on May 8th 2021. Dr. Rao was able to fit me in for my pre-opp and surgery within a couple weeks. The recovery does take several months but pain free after three days. Her and her team are tremendous, explaining everything in detail and making you feel very comfortable. As I type this on Sept. 3rd I just wrapped up playing in a golf outing yesterday. I was diligent with my therapy, they use Athletico. My therapist was Dr. Kevin Schumpp in Loveland who was perfect through the entire process and I'm not done. I highly recommend this entire team. I'm still working hard daily and not 100% as this is a long recovery usually six months. Work hard and you will be back on the course in 15-16 weeks post surgery.

Dr. Allison Rao is the best of the best. She performed my knee surgery successfully and hade back on my feet in no time. It was an incredible experience and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a phenomenal surgeon.

Dr. Allison Rao did a fantastic job coordinating the treatment of my fractured shoulder. She listened to my concerns and assured me I would be well taken care of. Her professionalism and extraordinary skill knowledge made me feel confident in my physician choice. While on the “road to recovery”, her patience, courtesy, and compassion with customized treatment plans got my shoulder back to normal sooner than I ever expected. If you have an orthopedic issue she is the only physician I would use. Thanks Dr. Rao for getting me back to playing tennis and golf. I highly recommend Dr. Allison Rao!!!

I tore my bicep on January 4th 2021. My surgery was quickly scheduled and I had a surprisingly pain free recovery. I didn't even require the pain meds that were prescribed. My follow up visits were informative and the staff was beyond helpful with the disability forms and paperwork. Dr. Rao was never in a rush during follow up visits. Her choice for physical therapy (Athletico) made for a quick recovery and I will be back to work a month ahead of schedule. Overall a great result for a horrible injury.

Such a great experience with Dr Rao and her team. Thanks to her care my arm fracture ( near shoulder) was able to heal in place...no surgery. She also had me begin physical therapy after a week. This made my rehabiliton progress well. Greatly respect a surgeon who decides surgery not always the automatic solution. Highly recommend!
